That commitment begins with your vision for your fitness success. And your vision has to be about more than just “losing weight” Don’t get me wrong, losing weight if you need to is great, but the pursuit of "skinny look" as your sole motivator can lead to some really bad decisions and bad results.  There’s got to be more substance and specificity to your vision than that.

A clear vision for your life makes goal-setting, definining the action-steps for goal achievement, and the commitment to achieve them a heck of a lot easier.

Without clearly defined vision and goals, you have no guide to keep you on track, and no destination to arrive at.  And that undermines and weakens your commitment
